Emotional Therapy Course The Foundation for Emotional Therapy is now affiliated to the B.C.M.A (BCMA.co.uk).          see under EVENTS on this site for next course dates

Do you feel drawn to help people who experience emotional hurt and pain and who find it hard to cope with the demands of their lives? Persistent unhappiness, ill-health,  anger, anxiety, depression or relationship difficulties are debilitating and can lead to an inability to cope. We believe (have seen that)  Emotional Therapy can help people to turn  around the effects of states such as these.

Would Emotional Therapy help you? Would this course be the one you are looking for?

The course has been completely updated, maintaining the essential core material and philosophy of Emotional Therapy and reflecting the emotional and spiritual changes  which are relevant to the present day. The essential core material concerns deep emotional healing and the impact this has upon the individual’s creativity, spontaneity and sense of well being.

The Foundation Course is complete in itself, offering personal development and providing a foundation for professional development for those who wish to train as Emotional Therapists and continue into the Intermediate stage of the course.

This unique course always has an impact and participants have noted the emotional and spiritual development which unfolds for them at the right time and pace.

The Foundation Course is experiential and consists of ten days spread over five weekends. The month between each of these weekends allows time for reflection, reading and journaling and plenty of time is given to follow up discussion of the material presented.

The Intermediate Course develops the Foundation Course material further and takes place over 24 months. Following successful assessment, participants can practise as Emotional Therapists and will have a supervisor to support them. The final stage enables practitioners to develop and present case studies, leading to full certification.

There is no doubt that the heart centred approach of this therapy and the holding process which is evident in training and in therapy, makes this therapy very appropriate for the 21st century.  The therapy can be practised alone but those who practise a variety of Complementary Therapies also say how valuable it is in helping them to handle emotional turmoil when it surfaces with patients/clients.

Jane and Natasha have many years of teaching and private practise experience between them. They create a safe, supportive, relaxed as well as professional atmosphere for this course, where students are respected and encouraged.

Enquiries are welcome from anyone who is interested to know more about this therapy either for themselves or with a view to training as an Emotional Therapist.

Indian Head Massage see under EVENTS on this site for the next course dates

This is a really lovely Indian Head Massage course, covering all the very practical stages of the massage and also bringing in the qualities of energy healing which patients have noted.

The course consists of four days of intensive practical work and study, which is

usually divided into a weekend which introduces the basic techniques of head massage, followed by a day in which the techniques are practised thoroughly, before students then spend 6-8 weeks gaining experience with a number of case studies. A fourth day then allows students to further develop their  knowledge and skills of IHM practise and the supporting theory. The fifth and final day brings the students together for a shared discussion of their work and results of study, followed by a theory and a practical test.

The results of students work have been outstanding with client feedback showing just how healing this particular work can be.

NFSH Spiritual healing Course      see under EVENTS on this site for the next course dates

This is a national course designed by the NFSH which is the largest healing organisation in the world. It is an eight day course which we run over four weekends.

The first two parts are generally run close together and introduce students to the basic concepts of Spiritual Healing, the Healing Act and personal preparations for healing.

Students are then encourage to continue their journey with healing, on a personal and practical level, joining a support group, reading and practising their healing.

The following two weekends consolidate this material and then develop further, concepts of self healing, energy work, visualisation, meditation, Code of Conduct and many more.

The course is well grounded and practical as well as offering plenty of opportunity to work in small groups, discuss a variety of topics and personal views and practise healing. We give plenty of space to the Act of Healing and to discussing the experience of energy sensing.

Students are helped to find further support once the courses are complete, so that they can continue to develop their personal and professional skills before they work independently with members of the public.

Students can join the organisation as Probationer Members and work towards Full Healer membership over two years from joining as a probationer member.
